Maintenance
At Washington Place we need to make repairs as soon as possible so further damages may be prevented. If you have any maintenance issues please apply for a work oder request through your online tenant profile with Appfolio. Alternatively, you may send us an email to maintenance@walker-investments.com ,or call the office at (931)520-0707.
After Hours Maintenance
If you have a maintenance emergency that occurs after our business hours or during the weekend, please call (931)520-0707 and dial extension 104 or send a text to 931-996-7169. Please remember that this number is for something that requires immediate attention, such as an electrical or plumbing issue. All other call outs will be assed on a case by case basis and may result in a fee if the situation is due to tenant neglect. Lockouts outside of office hours will result in a fee.
Emergency
If there is a fire or medical emergency please dial 911. For non emergency's please call the Cookeville police department 931-526-2125.
Payments
We use an online payment platform for our apartments. ACH/ECheck is offered online at no charge.
